CounselCat is a service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided online by CounselCat (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Information and Communication Network Promotion and Information Protection Act, the Company hereby establishes and discloses its Personal Information Processing Policy as follows to protect users' personal information and handle related grievances promptly and efficiently.

Information required to be retained by law will be securely destroyed immediately after the mandatory retention period expires
- Electronic files will be permanently deleted using secure technical measures, and physical documents will be destroyed through shredding or incineration
User Rights and Exercise of Rights
1. Users and their legal representatives have the following rights:
- Users may access and modify their registered personal information at any time and request account termination. The Company may deny such requests only for legitimate reasons of public interest, in which case the Company will notify the user of the reason for denial and appeal process within 10 days.
